Since october 2008, I am a research scientist at IRD (Institut de Recherche pour le Développement), Unité ESPACE S140, where I’m working on satellite image processing and understanding at the frontiers of applied mathematics, computer sciences and LandUse (cover) applications for sustainable development.

I was (and still) an associate professor of computer sciences at
Université des Antilles et de la Guyane (since september 2006). I was previously a postdoctoral fellow at TELECOM-ParisTech in Isabelle Bloch’s team where I spent two wonderful years (2005 and 2006). Before, I received a master degree and a PhD in computer sciences and medical imaging from the University of Paris-XI and LIMSI-CNRS in 2000 and 2004. News
